Pal Pensions is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator with over 7 years of professional experience in Pension Funds Administration. We were incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004. Pensions Alliance Limited is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) (now known as FSDH Merchant Bank) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited.
Human Resources

• 1 – 5 years experience
• Minimum of 2^nd class lower degree in any social sciences course.

Operations

• 1 – 3 years experience
• Minimum of 2^nd class lower degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics or any other Financial related course.

Customer Service

• 1 – 3 years experience
• Minimum of 2^nd class lower degree in any social science course.

Admin/Facilities Management

• 1 – 5 years of relevant experience in Administrative/Facilities Management
• Minimum of 2^nd class lower in any relevant social science course.

Call Centre Agent

• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in any Nigerian Language.
• Minimum of 2^nd class lower in any relevant social science course.
